Ran 3 miles with 5 pickups of about 1 minute in length. Decided that I need to do something a little faster today, just to get my legs moving a little. Pace was about 7:30 to 8:00 and took about 2 minutes or so recovery between reps. Felt OK and mostly strong throughout workout. Little tired at the end but OK. Not where I want to be but it's where I am now and have to work with it.
