Ran one mile only around the Admire loop, as I'm calling it. Not much of a run and almost considered not recording it, but miles are miles, even one. First run back from a few days off to let my hamstring heal. Was still a little tight and achy, but I was able to run easy without too much difficulty. Not sure if this is an official comeback or not, but time will tell. Just have to go very easy and be patient with my aging body.
