Ran 7 miles easy on roads. Surprising how one day can be crappy and the next can go OK. I won't say it was a great run, but it felt a lot better than yesterday. I admit that I was more in control of the pace and ran most of my miles in the 9:00 range to just under 9 min. Fastest was an 8:36 second mile (the second mile is always the fastest for some reason) and the slowest was an 9:18 5th mile. Did manage to run the whole thing without stopping which is a small victory. Just need to build on this. Body tired but OK.
