Recovery run from the race yesterday. The knee feels ok, but my hamstrings are destroyed... Nice and easy... Caught some fish with dad at Carr and then we fished the Hex Hatch on the lake with the boat. I landed 7 and missed a bunch more and dad landed 4 or 5 as well. Fun but not a ton of Hexs flying around.
