7:46 to bridge, 3:55 to turn, 3:50 back to bridge (7:45), 7:23 back home. Left knee outside was sore... almost every step... but right upper hammy not too bad.. just tried to run comfortable and smooth. Mowed the lawn tonight after... so lots of walking after.. which I think is good. Got all of the wood out of the cellar last night and put it in Toms trailer for him to use. Cellar is clear and ready to be cleaned out!
