Notes
Was sore in the left PT when I woke up today. Walked striper for the third morning in a row before school for a mile and a quarter. Ate a better breakfast... bagel and banana and OJ... Took and IB.... Went to school,.... little sore... came home ran... felt ok running really... just a little sore on the outside of the left knee and upper right hammy twinges. But I got through the 4 miles without any real issues... walked a bit after and stretched and Iced and IB and some crunchers.... just gonna keep running till I cant anymore... train or bust..
