Well, If I didn't know any better, I would have said I was in sub 17:00 5k shape right now. Everything felt really great on the warmup, I felt smooth on the repeats, but I was working. I ran back rolled and felt smooth there too. Right calf is a bit sore now, but overall good. Keep it going! Weight = 129 lbs
