Well this was bad. I knew it was coming but I thought that it might work out after yesterdays run. I made it about a mile and then the hip started to go and immediately the outside of my left knee had the stabbing pains again. I really worked it with the roller and the tennis ball before the run, so I am not sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing to do. I had to stop and walk and stretch, then jogged back ... sore the whole way. Off tomorrow for sure, then we will see on Sunday. Not too happy... not sure what to do at this point. The upper hip is all marbles and clicking and clunking and cant lift the leg. What do I do...?
