7:18 out and 6:52 back. This was a test to see if the day off helped the IT. Well it was tight for the first half mile and then it felt better. The upper left hip I never really tested my lifting much. I think that is the source of the problem. Hoping for an easy 4 tomorrow with no pain. Rolled before and after. Got the mulch on the bushes and cleaned under the back deck. Kev , I threw out your old wading boots... a mouse lived in them...
