Hot out... had to get it in between taking Striper to the vet for an ear problem and going to see Leigh. Felt pretty good overall... she worked on all the muscles and I hope I will feel good enough to get in a nice easy 7 or 8 tonight. I need to make sure I dont make achillis worse before this weekend. 7:07, 6:36, 6:09, 6:04 little up tempo on the last bit but boy was it UMID...
