Hiked Magalloway with Devin in the AM... she crushed it... fastest female ascent of that MT... Then got going on the run to try and beat the thunderstorms. Devin picked berries on the land while I got the miles in. Went faster than I wanted, but only to beat the big storms. Felt ok overall.. maybe a little sore from the hike. Oh, we went up the Coot Trail and Back the Bobcat trail. Good run... little tight in the left hammy... nothing too bad
