First run back in 6 days... I have been taking it real easy the past two weeks due to some achillis issues on both sides... I felt really good today though and was really smooth. Hoping for 7 or 8 tomorrow. Also found my stupid watch in my truck this whole time! Bulldog. Just keep putting in miles.. 6:56, 6:31, 4:07, 10:19, 6:25. Also got a ton more wood in.
