Ran nice and smooth again. Everything felt great. 6:58, 6:30, 4:05, 6:43, 6:29, 3:54, 5:49, 6:11 Really eased off on the last mile and still was quick. Tried to get in as much wood as I could after. Almost done! One more 3 hour sesh.
