Notes
Had to test the knee today. The left achillis is really sore still, but it was ok enough to pick it up and test out the right knee. I eased into it and then picked it up on the way back. My stride was all out of wack and I felt really jerky and all over the place. Trying to compensate for a sore achillis and a possible messed up knee just makes it tough. I really didnt think I was going anywhere close to as fast as I wound up, but verdict was the achillis is still sore, but no stabbing pain on the knee. 5:49 last mile... Now I just need the muscles to heal up and take it smooth and try to get in a workout early next week.
