Went and saw Leigh yesterday. She worked on the IT and said to give it a shot today and see how it feels. I wanted to get it up to speed by my left achillis was sore now from compensating for two days. So Had to take it easy again... Hope everything is alright for tomorrow. I didnt feel any knee pain at all again though so hope its all set.
