Got up and ran this morning and actually felt pretty good knee wise but not as great cardio wise. Either way its 26 mins of running and I will take it. Came back and did two sets of 30 railing pushups and then two sets of 25 crunchers. Lots of stretching hammies with the rope, quads standing and calves standing. Left quad was fatigued... but in a good way. Build it back up! Try it again on Monday!
