Notes

Ran for 24 mins today. Felt much better cardio wise. I would day I got in about 3.3 miles in that time. Treaded water in the lake for 10 mins and then came back and stretched as well as did some railing pushups. Knee was sore for the rest of the day which I was not too happy with. Ill see how it feels on Friday.
