Notes

Ran with Kevin from the camp. Got in 22 mins and that just so happened to be exactly 3 miles based on his GPS. Felt pretty good on that run. Treaded water for 10 mins in the lake then came back and did lots of “railing” pushups and some crunches. Stretched like crazy and then it was off to fish!
