Got taped up by Leigh ... left Patela Tendon. Wanted to see how it felt... no pills on the run, Acetometophin after. Felt a little sore the first couple miles... then picked it up, and felt better. Just a little tight on the way back due to the pace I bet. First real lung buster so far. Feel ok right now... little sore. 7:13, 6:36, 4:07, 6:49, 6:40, 3:57, 5:58, 6:04 Hoping for 5 tomorrow...
