Went to the Gym with Devin. Gyms are gyms. I hopped on the treadmill and did one mile warmup at 7:00 pace then went down to 6:53 for half mile at 2.0 inline. Then another mile flat and then half mile at 7:30 pace at 5.0 incline. Not sure what 2.0 or 5.0 incline is for % grade, but 5.0 I felt. Then cooled down. Did 2x 10 chest press at 40lbs and 2x15 ab curl machine at 20lbs. Did the stair machine on setting 10 for 2 mins as well. Seems to work the hip area. Either way... Outside running is about 1000 times better, but it forces me to do core work and allows me to do hills without the downhill trashing my legs.
