Notes

Did my usual 7 from school. Just wanted to keep it smooth, not slow, but not fast. Felt good overall. 5 X 100 meter strides when I got back and felt maybe a little bit faster than a Geezer this time around. Things are progressing well for this weekend as of right now. Last workout before the race tomorrow!
