I had pain in lower abdominal this morning when sitting. I believe that it was caused by not having bowel movement for last 2 days. After today's run I went to the bathroom and after emptying, the pain is almost gone.
Update:
Now, 1 hour after the run, I feel dull pain in lower abdominal, 2-3" above the PS while sitting.
