4 x 200m w/ 200m recovery jog + some standing time

Did these off of the start line like last year. Didn't really know where the 200m mark was, so I guessed. First one was super short. Put down a stick, but way over compensated on the second one and it was too long. Adjusted the mark and it was pretty spot on from there. Felt good and smooth on the last two.

Note: Don't know why I thought we were supposed to do this today. Guess I just got excited looking at the training plan. Oh well, don't think it will hurt anything.
