Notes
Per usual Wednesday, I had class so couldn't make it to practice. Came home to change, but could not get out the door and was just in a terribly bad mood. Finally mustered up the energy to go, and it was just what I needed. Ran out to Statues and did two loops in there and just enjoyed the beautiful weather and sunset. Almost steamrolled some little kid playing at the park, whoops. Ran back to the Arb for 200s and then went home.
