Notes
Easy run out to Statues. Today was a bit colder than it's been so was forced to break out the tights. Started the run chilling in the group talking to William and Gerkin. Then I started slowly, unintentionally making my way up through the group. Chatted with Frintner and a new guy whose name I didn't catch. Once we got into Statues, I picked up the pace a bit just to open up the stride a bit. Didn't really expect it, but a large portion of the guys followed right along. Hopefully nobody got dragged along who didn't want to go that pace. Finished up pretty smoothly. No supplemental work today.
