Another easy run out through CCC. Good crew out today. Spent the first half of the run talking with William and new guy Dustin, whose last name is also Wolf. Frintner eventually made his way to our group and joined in as well. Pace picked up a bit after we went south of Kirby. The last two miles Frintner and I started venting some of our frustrations out and the pace dipped a bit as well. Came back and did some core. Surprisingly had a pretty big group of guys do core even though Ryan stated that is was optional. Very solid core session today for me. Hopefully will not waste these and actually strengthen my core this season lol.
Right achilles was a bit tight at points during the run today, and was tender after practice. Probably nothing serious but going to keep an eye on it. Need to get back into doing eccentric heel drops every day again if my heels keep feeling this way.
