Notes
Hot 'n humid again. A freight train stopped on the tracks near home, so traffic around my house was horrible as I was trying to get home. Originally wanted to go over to Signal Hill for some hill sprints, but got home later than expected, and the route there was blocked by the train. Called an audible and just did a short Lake loop. Felt ok, legs were a little heavy and I felt like I was melting I was sweating so much. Felt better the last couple miles.
Had plans to see a movie tonight with some friends, so rushed through dinner. No extras today.
