Met up with Chief at lzhs to do this workout. Set out to do 6 miles, but at around 2.2 my calves/shins started to cramp up really bad. I think this happened because I wore my compression socks today. I stopped for a few minutes to try and loosen my legs up. I ended up taking off the socks and I felt better so I started running again, without any socks on. I felt good, so I decided to keep going with the workout, and it ended up not going that badly at all. It was an absolutely gorgeous day, and fortunately the outside of my foot didn't really bother me at all, so hopefully that was just a fluke. Mobiliy afterwards.

Really frustrating last two days of training, with my body doing some wacky things. I'm really hoping that I'll be able to fall back into routine the next couple days and have a consistent break!
