Really nice run out through Biltmore this morning with Milner, Brend, Ryan and Bobby. We started off pretty slow, and then steadily picked it up as we came back. Bobby dropped off about 5 miles in. I haven't seen Brend since the end of summer and Ryan since the 4th of July so it was really great to catch up and hear about their cross seasons! I did some strides in the lzhs parking lot afterwards.
