Met up with Frintner out as Busse Woods to try and do a long run. It snowed all night, but it was pretty warm this morning so all the snow was nicely packed down on the path. We did one big red loop, which was just a little short of 8 miles and then went out a little bit and came back. I decided to end early with Frintner because the outside of my foot was sore again since the end of my run yesterday, and I already had a good amount of miles this week. I iced when I got home and hopefully this will not be a nagging thing. Anyway, really good run, it was really nice to run with a teammate. I can't wait to get back and run with the whole team again.
