Notes
Easy "long run" this morning. Went to bed before midnight and had the extra hour of sleep, so I was feeling great this morning. It was a bit chilly when we started, but after a few minutes we warmed up nicely. Talked a bunch about the state meet which was exciting. Then heard a new Jack Morrissey story which helped pass a few miles along. Thought this one went by pretty quickly. Just few more runs until Nationals now.
