Workout was 3k at TP and then 5-7 k's at 10 seconds faster per mile faster than RP. Started the workout with Evan and Greg, but my legs weren't moving, especially up the second hill. The loop was probably about 8 seconds long, so maybe the starting pace was a tad ambitious based on what I have run thus far this season. But I'm excited to come back next week and put in a better effort for the complete workout. Enjoyed some delicious McDonald's breakfast in Mahomet afterwards!
