Great morning for a long run! Went with Eric and Fritner after E got off of work. As we were leaving, caught Henry so we joined him and Zach for their run. Zach turned for 5 mile CC and the rest of us continued on out through the rest of HHL. Once we got back, Henry and I added on another 12ish minutes. Overall, it was a really relaxed run with a good group. One of the better long runs of the season!
