Shorter long run out to Stone Creek.Really nice morning for a run, started off a bit chilly, but warmed up nicely throughout. Pretty exhausted from volunteering yesterday even with going to bed at a reasonable hour. Decided to keep it shorter to see if it'll help me freshen up for Peaks this week. Going shorter in the races (800/1500), and hopefully fast. The front group was myself, QT, Weem and Mesplay. Quinn told a story about his first love in middle school. Had to stop for a few seconds in Statues because we were laughing so hard at one point. By the end of the run I was actually feeling pretty good.
Rolled out before heading back to the Z for the day.
