3 Mile Tempo
This was supposed to be a 6 mile tempo, but it was just not in the cards this morning. Body was just exhausted after driving most of yesterday and just didn't mentally have it to grind out a workout. The wind didn't help, with the stretch from 3/4 until 2.25 miles all into the wind. After running 2 slow miles, I decided to cut my loses and call it a day, as it was clear I was only going to get slower.
Disappointed in this effort, but not surprised all that much based on the hectic last 2 days. Hoping to have a few good runs and some rest and get the momentum rolling heading into the last few meets of the season.
