Notes

Had class until 5, so couldn't run until then. Ran over to the Arb for hills and leg strength. Added on alone down to Race and Windsor before heading back. Legs felt real tired on the second half, so I took it as easy as I have in a long time. I felt so slow, but it was probably a good thing. That's what I get for skipping out on leg strength the last few weeks..
