9 Mile Progression Run

Wasn't feeling too great going into this one, but it ended up being a really good workout. Started with the big group, and we went out real slow it seemed like. It was probably smart with the wind blowing pretty stiffly from the south. Was planning to stick with them for at least 4 and see how I felt, but the pace was picking up slowly so Auburn and I took the lead at like 2.75. From there it was just the two of us. The last two loops flew by, we were incredibly relaxed pretty much the whole way. It was great, we really worked together well instead of racing against each other trying to "win the workout". Would have liked to close faster, but with the last 1000 into the wind I'll take it. Had a lot in the tank and the end, felt like I could have done another mile or two no problem. Mobility with the big group after.
