Beautiful day out today, though a little windy. Added on some before practice. Also, had some new shoes today. Switched from the Ravennas to a slightly lighter Asics model. Really enjoyed them, my foot fall was pretty loud. Will have to adjust to the newer feel. Pace was quick today, but felt good. Leg strength afterwards in the Armory.
