EZ Sunday run through the streets of Elmhurst. Had to bail on my original planned route because there was a train just sitting on the tracks in downtown Elmhurst. Ran parallel to the tracks for like a mile and a half and the train didn't move the entire time. Ended up making it work though and had a solid run.
Had a bit of left ankle pain towards the end. I think it was due to the stiff new shoes and from slipping a bit at the beginning on the v icy PP. Will keep an eye on it tomorrow, hopefully it's NBD.
Heel drops, LM, drills before. Statics and rolling after.
