Notes
Another LR in the streets of Elmhurst, Villa Park, and Lombard. Took my time getting out the door this morning, but once I finally got going on this it ended up being a pretty solid run. Never really locked in and felt great, but got through it all the same. Went through waves of feeling good and not so good, and the pace kind of fluctuated accordingly, but overall it was a relatively consistent effort. Tired during the last couple of miles and was gassed at the end. Some company would have been nice towards the end, but we got through all the same.
Frigo flyby at ~6!
Heel drops, LM, drills before. Some rolling/massage gun later in the afternoon.
