Notes
Good group run out to Crystal. Had to stop and use the bathroom, but caught up with the group back in the trail section. Smaller group today so did the big loop in the forest back on the small ridge. Made sure to come back the good way. Some people absolutely hammered down Wright St. today. Added on alone after strides around the Ike and Armory. Legs were fairly tired today, made sure to roll and stretch when I got home.
