Cold long run out to Stone Creek. Small crew of Steve, Somerfield,Quinn, Adam, Tyler and Muneeb. The first half of the run was directly into the wind, which was blowing hard and cold. Pretty miserable as my body was still pretty much asleep during that part. Once we reached the turn around point and we stopped having to battle the wind, the run became much more pleasant. Sped up over the last 3 miles or so and closed pretty well. Good run on a not so good day. V day cake for breakfast afterwards!
