Typical Monday out to Crystal. Pace felt really good, faster than the whole team usually go on easy days. Slushy sidewalks from yesterday's snow and today's warmer temps made for a messy second half of the run. Had a good time catching up with Frintner, hadn't seen him since Wednesday. Had to come back Springfield to Fourth because of the bigger group. Strides and core afterwards. I've been slacking on my core recently, need to get back to doing a good job there.
