Picked up Cobert from his house then ran out towards CC for a MLR. A bit warm this evening, but was feeling pretty good. Cobert had some paces he wanted to hit and once we settled in we ended up running on the faster end of the range. Glad to have some company on this, made the miles fly by. New shoes today, which was necessary since my last ones had a hole ripped in the side at GLR
