Very weird run. Started off while it was cool and rainy, the only break in today's unrelenting heat/humidity, but that didn't last long. After about 10 min, the rain disappeared and it was so oppressively humid the rest of the way. Also, as I was heading north along the Salt Creek, I got caught by a freight train, so ended up turning back and going back south. Ran a loop around the park in Elmhurst with the sled hill before coming home. V sweaty and just exhausted by the end of this, despite taking the pace fairly easy. These summer runs are killing me.
