Wow, another miserable LR attempt. Another hella hot and humid Saturday morning. Got out the door early for this, but it didn't make any difference. Wanted to get this done before heading out camping today. Not sure why things fell apart, felt like I slept and hydrated pretty well. But by mile 5 I was feeling it and I turned around for a death march home. Took a few stops at water fountains and to cool off. Conditions were obviously gross, but not sure why things got rough that quickly. Need to figure something out for these runs, they've been so miserable.
