25' Tempo, 4 x 400m
Beautiful day out today. Made for a good day out on the tempo loop. Started this one off with Quinn and Somerfield. Got out a little ambitiously, and came through the mile at like 5:20. The wind was coming from the east, so running on Windsor towards Lincoln was tough. Slowed down a good deal after going through the mile, so then we had to pick back up going when going north. Found a good rhythm from there. Quinn and I finished strong.
