3k @ TP, 5-7xk @ faster than RP
This workout went really well! Eric and I worked off of each other great, and the whole thing felt tough but pretty smooth. Stopped at 6 due to darkness and not wanting to slip and fall in the mud. Our route for the threshold portion was definitely a little under 3k (whoops). This should be our last pretty tough pre-nationals workout, so I'm very happy with the result! Mobility afterwards in the Armory.
