Easy + 6x200
Good group run out to Statues. Most of the group turned right onto Windsor, but Somerfield, Hotman, Brad, David and I went out to Statues. Pretty relaxed pace the whole way. Just trying to feel good for next week. 200s at the Arb afterwards and then the run back in the dark.
