Full Roll and Stretch.

Legs were tight all day today. Really needed the stretch, felt a lot better afterwards. Hopefully can keep it up. Knee about the same. Trying to stay positive. Back was tight/sore today as well. Woke up the past few mornings with some pain in my lower back right at my the top of my butt. Directly in the middle of my body, and only flares up when I bend over. Not sure what the deal is there. Pinched nerve? SI issues from sitting all day?
